This booking covers AHCA ORI#'s for healthcare workers and facility owners and administrators. Please note that AHCA generally requires a photo with your background screening. Arrive ready to take a close-up, headshot style picture. Florida laws do not permit hats, sunglasses or any other face coverings during the photo. The price includes sales tax. There will be no refunds after your fingerprints have been submitted.
